The above details merely indicate the main points of your contract with Premier Holidays. Our full Booking Agreement will be forwarded to you with your booking form. This, together with the information contained in this leaflet, forms the full contract between us. If you require a copy prior to making your decision, please ask us to send you one.
Travel identification
It is your responsibility to ensure that you carry the required documentation for your travel arrangements.
Although British citizens do not require passports to travel to the Channel Islands and Isle Of Man, due to increased security, all airlines require that you produce valid photo identification at check in and they will refuse boarding if you do not do so. Documentation requirements do vary from one airline to another, but the most commonly accepted forms are a valid passport, photo driving licence or citizen card.
Whilst ferry companies have not introduced this requirement as yet, it is anticipated that they may do so and if you have official photo I.D. you are advised to carry it, as any carrier may ask for proof of identification at any time.
Your protection
When you are planning a holiday, you not only want to know that your tour operator has the necessary experience to guide you through complex itinerary planning, but also want to know that your holiday is financially safe. We provide this security by way of an ATOL (number 2713) administered by the Civil Aviation Authority, which protects all holidays which include flights and through the bond which we hold with ABTA, which protects accommodation only and holidays including sea travel.
Excellent value for money. Would recommend.
