The airport


The airport has all the necessary facilities including food and drink outlets, cash machines, lounges, shopping, internet access and information point.

Directions


From Belfast: Take the M2 northbound, turn off at Junction 5 and take the A57 for 7 miles until you reach Belfast International Airport.

From the north/north west/north east: Take the M2 southbound to junction 5, then the A57 for 7 miles until you reach Belfast International Airport.

From the south and west: Take the M1 motorway northbound in the direction of Moira, turn off at Junction 9 towards Antrim and proceed via the A26 through Nutts Corner to Belfast International Airport.

From Dublin: Follow the MI/EI northbound until Newry, at Newry take the Bypass and then continue onto the A1, at the M1 Motorway follow it westbound, turn off at Junction 9 and proceed via the A26 to Belfast International Airport.

Public transport links


Train Services to and from Belfast, Lisburn and Londonderry operate from the nearby town of Antrim, which is just six miles from Belfast International Airport. Passengers travelling to Dublin can connect with the high speed Enterprise train which departs from Belfast Central Station. Antrim train station can be reached via taxi or the 109A bus service which departs from outside the terminal building hourly and terminates at Antrim bus centre which is adjacent to the train station.

Bus Regular bus and coach services are available from the front of the terminal building to Belfast, Lisburn and Londonderry. All three bus terminals provide access to the wider Northern Ireland and intercountry public transport networks.

Taxi Taxis can be taken from outside the right hand door of the exit lobby and operate 24 hours a day. All taxis operating at the airport rank have been approved by the airport.

Parking


The airport offers short stay parking which is close to the airport, and long stay parking from which a regular bus operates to the airport terminal. Full rates are outlined on the Belfast International Airport website. It is advised to book your parking in advance to ensure the best rates.
