Directions
It is conveniently located at the end of the M55 which links up with the M6, and onwards to the M61, M65 and beyond.
Directions from the M55: Join the M55, at Junction 4, the M55 ends and becomes the A5230 Squires Gate Link Road (signposted South Shore). Continue straight ahead until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout take the first exit and continue. At the next roundabout take the third exit. Continue straight on through three sets of traffic lights. Blackpool International is on your left.

Public transport links
Train A sprinter train leaves Squires Gate Lane station every hour, at approximately 53 minutes past the hour, direct to Preston station. From Preston there are regular rail links to the rest of the UK. Squires Gate Lane station is approximately five minutes’ walk from the airport. A train ticket can be purchased on the train. Alternatively, regular trains run direct to Preston station from Blackpool North train station which is approximately 10 minutes from the airport by taxi.
Bus National Express coach services run to Blackpool throughout the year.

Parking
Blackpool airport does not have short or long stay car parks, instead it has a Pay to Park car park for all drop off and pick up visitors. All Blackpool International passengers should park in either Passenger Car Park P1 or Passenger Car Park P2 where free parking up to 15 days is available to all those travelling through Blackpool International. Retain your car park ticket and on arrival back at the airport validate your tickets in the pay machines located in the Arrivals Hall before exiting the airport and car park. Passengers displaying Disabled Badges may still park in the Pay to Park car park in the nominated bays right opposite the terminal, but please remember to register your vehicle details at the Information Desk before departure.
