GUERNSEY RACE CLUB  HORSE RACE MEETING

MON 7 MAY (BANK HOLIDAY)  (Dates TBC – maybe a two day event.)

Guernsey’s annual day out at the races.  Why not come along and have a flutter on your favourite horse and enjoy the atmosphere at the L’Ancresse racecourse on this Bank Holiday Monday. Refreshments available.  Gates open at 11.30am - first race starts at 2.30pm

LIBERATION DAY

2012 marks the 67th Anniversary of Guernsey’s annual celebration of freedom.  The 9th May marks the day that the Island was liberated from the occupation by the German Forces in 1945, with organised events being held throughout the day.  Come and join in our celebrations.
