34 guest rooms. The Cobo Bay Restaurant is open for breakfast, dinner and also Sunday lunch. The restaurant is renowned for attention to detail, friendly yet professional service, fresh local produce and panoramic sea views, indeed it holds two AA rosettes for culinary excellence. The menus are complemented by an extensive wine list, while special dietary requirements and children are catered for. The Beach Terrace offers al fresco dining with the some of the finest views that Guernsey has to offer, making it the perfect place to enjoy a warm afternoon or long summer evening watching the sun set on the horizon. The comfortable Chesterfield Lounge Bar is a relaxing and idea for enjoying an aperitif or to simply sit and make use of the small library or games compendium. During the summer months, live jazz is played once a week.
The complimentary health suite is comprised of a sauna, hot tub, steam shower, exercise bikes and multi-gym equipment. Guests can also use the heated outdoor pool at the sister hotel, The Farmhouse, subject to availability.

Our opinion
The hotel has undergone major refurbishment and is now contemporary, chic and stylish offering a high standard of cuisine and boasting fantastic seaviews. This has been reflected by the hotel being awarded a Visit Guernsey gold award.
