The Farmhouse Restaurant is formerly the tack room, cider room and parlour of the original farmhouse and still retains many of its original features. At this delightful restaurant you can savour seasonal menus of award winning excellence using the finest produce much of which is personally selected in the markets of Guernsey. During the summer al fresco lunches are served in the shaded gardens and regular barbecues are held beside the pool.
Cosy and welcoming, the Tudor Bar offers an array of traditional and exotic dishes, including fresh Guernsey seafood and succulent steaks cooked on the only Feu du Bois (open fire) in the Channel Islands. Popular with visitors and locals alike, the Tudor Bar has been continuously listed in the Good Pub Guide since 1992.
Traditional Guernsey afternoon tea is served with scones and famous thick local cream.
A sheltered outdoor heated swimming pool is the ideal place to enjoy a cool drink with a good book while the beautiful flowerbeds and surrounding gardens are ideal for a quiet stroll.

The hotel offers a wide variety of rooms, all furnished to an excellent standard for your comfort. All 43 non-smoking rooms offer en suite facilities, satellite television, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and most have a king size bed. Family rooms have an additional sofa bed suitable for two children up to 10 years of age, or alternatively interconnecting rooms are available.
Deluxe rooms are more spacious and include a mini bar, trouser press and sofa. Two of the deluxe rooms have a four-poster bed for the ultimate luxury, while two superior deluxe rooms have a large patio or sundeck overlooking the extensive gardens. There is also one medieval bedroom, which is uniquely furnished and is recommended for those celebrating a special occasion.
