The relaxed and contemporary Valley Restaurant is the ideal place to enjoy light lunches, snacks or an informal dinner. Menus use the finest seasonal produce and the restaurant proudly holds a Gold Award from Visit Guernsey. It is the perfect combination of casual but contemporary elegance. A children’s menu is also available.

Adjacent to the restaurant is Vs Bar, which has a selection of fine wines, champagnes and local drinks.

The outdoor Terrace is set across three levels on a dramatic hillside location. With infinite sea views it is a memorable venue and the perfect place for enjoying lunch or even dinner during the summer months. The hotel often runs Sunday barbecues on the terrace!

The stylish lounges are located near reception and an ideal place to enjoy an afternoon coffee, or relax with a drink after dinner. In the lounges you will find a small library and variety of board games and jigsaws.

The indoor heated swimming pool and sauna are ideal for gentle morning exercise or to unwind after a busy day.

Sink into the leather armchairs of the Fermain Valleys own surround sound cinema, order your drink at the bar and sit back to enjoy a film from the extensive library.

The hotel gardens were designed by landscapers from the Eden Project and in 2008 were awarded the Floral Guernsey Horticultural Award for Horticultural Excellence. The gardens work with nature and roll down the valley incorporating wild flowers. A wild garden is hidden away at the lower end of the hotel grounds, where there is a feeling of tranquillity and calm, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tables, chairs and lounges are placed around the gardens offering quiet spots for you to relax in.

All of the exquisite rooms have been individually designed to an exceptional standard using the most luxurious fabrics and decor. Many offer wonderful views out to sea and over the stunning landscaped gardens. The bedrooms are split between the main hotel building and above The Venue, the conference and banqueting centre, which is located just a short walk up the hill through the gardens.

Silver rooms are comfortable and stylish and offer either twin or double configuration. They are situated within the hotel and above The Venue. The Gold rooms in the main hotel have a balcony and enjoy a sea view, while the Gold rooms above The Venue offer views over the gardens. All Gold rooms are beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable and available as either twins or doubles. Larger Platinum rooms all offer sea views across Sark, Jersey and beyond to France.
