The sandy beach at L'Eree Bay is approximately a 10 minute walk away and the apartments are situated in quiet countryside ideal for relaxing walks.
Converted from two traditional Guernsey barns, all apartments have combined lounge/kitchen with fully equipped kitchen, television and bathroom.

one double and one twin bedroom, some apartments are on one level,
some have bedrooms on ground floor with living area on 1st floor (max 4 adults).

Nestling in the peaceful lanes of St Martins yet only minutes from shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The cottages were purpose built in 2001 and are furnished to a very high standard with a fully equipped
kitchen including microwave cooker and freezer, lounge/diner with TV and DVD video and CD/radio. All have either a patio or garden area.
