Golf in Jersey

Jersey is well renowned for its impressive golf pedigree. With stars such as Harry Vardon, who was born and raised in Jersey and won the British Open six times, it is hardly surprising that you can find some of the best golf courses in the UK in Jersey. For all you keen golfers there's a selection of golf courses available to you, including Les Mielles, the Jersey Recreation Grounds, Les Ormes Golf & Leisure Club, Longueville Golf Range and Wheatlands Golf Club. The two most famous golf courses in Jersey are La Moye and the Royal Jersey Golf Club.
Wheatlands Golf Course
Facilities at the Wheatlands Golf Course include a golf shop, a practice putting green, a bar and a garden terrace. Golf lessons are also available from the resident PGA Pro Terry Le Brocq. One to one tuition prices start from £25 per half hour - £35 for 1 hour.
The Wheatlands Golf Course which opened in 1994, is set out in 30 acres of parkland. This challenging nine-hole golf course is set in beautiful surroundings and was featured in the PGA Seniors Tour 2007. You can be sure of a great golfing day out.
Green fees during the week cost from £12.75 for 9 holes and £18.50 for 18 holes. Alternatively if you want to plan a golf weekend, green fees cost from £14.25 for 9 holes and £20 for 18 holes.

Les Mielles
Les Mielles is one of Jersey’s Championship golf courses. Set in the conservation area at St Ouen's Bay, the course offers a delightful day out. Facilities include one practice putting green and bunker, 70 yard practice green and chipping area, 24 bay covered driving range fitted with two pop up tees, Jons Pro shop and resident PGA pro for tuition costing from £18 per half hour.
Green fees during the week cost from £17.50 for 9 holes and £27.25 for 18 holes. Alternatively if you want to plan a golf weekend, green fees cost from £20 for 9 holes and £31 for 18 holes.

Standard clubs: £7.00 per 9 holes
Buggy: £20.00 weekdays

Les Ormes Leisure Village
Facilities at the Leisure Village includes a gorgeous swimming pool and extensive gym, whilst also providing guests with a bar and restaurant so that you really can make a day of it. There is also a shop for you to buy all your golfing equipment, but hey, don’t worry you can try before you buy.
Les Ormes Leisure Village 9 hole golf course has a fabulous position offering you breathtaking views of St. Ouen’s Bay and the historic La Rocco Tower. This golf course is great for all ages and abilities and with their pay and play facilities, you won’t need to worry about all those additional fees.
Green fees at this golf course, depending on what time you play around £10 for 9 holes during the week and £20 for 18 holes during the week. At the weekend expect to pay around £15 for 9 holes and £25 for 18 holes.
