The Belvedere Restaurant is the Merton Hotels main restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and a carvery dinner. The three course buffet dinner offers a wide choice of dishes, including a healthy selection for children.
Bonettis Restaurant offers an Italian style menu using fresh and local produce wherever possible.
Jersey Joes Diner is a popular spot for guests of all ages. Full of gleaming chrome, bar stools and TV screens, it is a celebration of 1950s America and even includes the front end of a pink Cadillac! Whether you fancy a quick drink, a tasty snack or delicious ice cream sundae, Jersey Joes is great for a family treat.
If you do not wish to move far from your sun lounger, Cascades Cafe Bar provides drinks, snacks and light meals throughout the day.
The Commentary Box is the ideal place to meet friends for a pre-dinner or late night drink. In addition to screening all the big sporting events the bar also has a pool table.
Between Whitsun and September The Star Room offers live music and shows every night. Throughout the rest of the year, live musical entertainment can be enjoyed in the Lobby Bar.
The Aquadome is the Merton’s exclusive pool and leisure club. This subtropical leisure facility has an 80 metre waterslide, lazy river, cascade fountains, spa pools as well as a sauna and steam room. Outside there is another pool and a childrens play area.
The FlowRider surf wave is a recent addition and is the only one of its kind in the UK, allowing you to enjoy the thrills and spills of surfing or bodyboarding.
Other leisure facilities include an outdoor tennis court and a fitness centre offering a comprehensive range of equipment.
The Games Zone is full of the latest arcade games as well as traditional favourites such as a pool table.
A children’s programme operates from Whitsun to the end of August and in the autumn half term. At other times, the Kids Zone (a two level zone offering arts & crafts, Wii games, movies and activities for children aged 4-12 years) and Georgies Creche (for children under 4 years) operate on Fridays and Saturdays only, while Activity10teen is in July and August only.
Join Pete Webb, the Merton Hotel’s Leisure Co-ordinator and registered blue badge guide, on a guided walk. His knowledge of Jersey history and folklore is legendary and his walks will give you a fascinating insight into the island.

In addition to single, twin, double and triple bedded rooms, there is also a choice of family rooms and suites. The hotel also has a limited number of cots available for infants. All bedrooms have an en suite bath and shower, a flat screen colour television (with free family movies), direct dial telephone, a tea/coffee tray, iron & ironing board and hairdryer.
