Easy to book, excellent value, superb hotel, fabulous room with balcony with great view over St Helier.

In a lovely location within easy reach of town and beach. Hotel Mountview looks a bit tired outside but is lovely and clean and modern inside. Breakfast was more than ample with plenty of choice and the staff are all very friendly and will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Have recommended to all our family and friends. We will definitely return with friends another year.

We used the excellent bus service daily and saw most of the island. We visited Normoint Point, German Bunkers. Jersey pearl. Jersey underground hospital, very interesting. Jersey potteries in Gorey and Mount Orgieul Castle. St Ouen. St Brelade. The Devils Hole. We went to Guernsey on the sea cat, marvellous. Shopping in Queen Street and King Street is excellent.We had a great time watching Sand Racing on St Ouen Beach. The Elizabeth Harbour is also a lovely place to relax.

Great flight from Stansted.

Our accomodation in the three star Cristina Hotel was excellent, with views of St Aubins Bay.  Breakfast was excellent - the English breakfast was always well presented regardless of what you'd chosen and the breakfast buffet catered for all tastes.

The views from the restaurant and bar area were very picturesque - from St Helier and Elizabeth Castle in the East to St Aubins Fort in the West. We recommend a visit to the Jersey War Tunnels and both Mount Orgueil Castle and Elizabeth Castle.

With the hire car it was so easy to explore all parts of the island and see some fabulous scenery.

If you want to experience Jersey, the Christina Hotel is a great base; just about 10 minutes from the airport by car and walking distance to the Battle of the Flowers 'arena'.

Staff at Uplands were very helpful and the apartment was clean and very well equipped, the best equipped I have stayed at for a while, cooker etc worked really well, excellent shop round the corner. Also thoughtful touches like the instruction manuals were there, great for sorting out how to use a strange cooker.

Weather could have been better but did not stop us doing anything and we also spent a great day in St Malo too. A really good holiday.

We stayed at the 3 star Samares Coast Hotel in St Clements. The staff and Management could not have looked after us better, even giving us a complimentary bottle of wine as my wife and I were celebrating our Silver Wedding anniversary.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the gardens were beautifully kept. All members of staff could not have been more polite and attentive. The meals in the restaurant were also very varied and plentiful.

We booked this break online with Premier and every aspect was very well taken care of and could not have gone smoother.

We had a super week staying at the hotel, The Marton. The staff were very pleasant and most helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was excellent and the food was very appetising and well presented.

We also enjoyed eating at the Pandora which also became a regular stop of for refreshment on our way back to our hotel.

I went to Jersey with my friend for my birthday on the 2nd October. It is my fifth visit this year as my son lives over in St Helier! We booked the Mountview Hotel in St Helier with yourselves and got a very good deal for BB £72 for 4 nights. The Hotel was central for town and beach, very clean and the food excellent we would definitely stay there again!  Booking on-line was very fast and efficient.

We flew with Bmibaby from Manchester and found the flight and in flight staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the Merton hotel in St Saviour Jersey for five days, the hotel was very good and the food was excellent, for three star hotel it was as good as any four star hotel that i have stayed in. The flights to and from jersey - Southampton with flybe were also very good and got us there and back at the times booked all in all we were very pleased with the arrangements made for us by you. Jersey is a beautiful island and it was good to go back there after about ten years.

We re-visited Jersey as we had first gone to the island 50 years ago. We had our honeymoon there in 1961. We have visited in subsequent years with our children.

The hotel we had, the Ambassadeur was very comfortable and everyone was very friendly. The only thing is that, my being unable to walk very far the long corridors in the hotel were taxing but we had a lovely room overlooking the sea which compensated. We really enjoyed our stay there and we are now looking to have a short break with Premier Holidays perhaps in Guernsey.

We have told friends and family how accommodating your Company were in helping us to arrange the holiday. We liked the fact that the offer included the car going free as I have a mobility scooter which I needed.

Flights were easy and just 50 minutes. Slight delay returning but nothing too technical and was investigated quickly. We were offered a VW Cabrolet free upgrade which we gladly took which was brilliant as the weather was good for the time of year - and with only the 3 of us lack of luggage space didn't really matter.

The Beachcombers Hotel was easy to find. The room was very nice - larger than some rooms we have had in the past and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The food was very good (especially as complimentary HB). The first two courses were served and then you helped yourself to dessert and cheese and biscuits so if you were slow dessert choice was limited. Bar well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have just returned from a three night stay at the Pomme d'Or hotel in St Helier which had been arranged for us by our sons as a Ruby Wedding present. From start to finish this was a truly fabulous break.

On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by an extremely pleasant receptionist who immediately upgraded us to a superior room on the fifth floor overlooking Liberation Square and the Marina, where fruit and a bottle of champagne were awaiting for us. It was a really nice touch. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very spacious with separate sitting and sleeping areas.

All the staff at the hotel were pleasant, helpful and very eager to please and whenever we entered the dining room we were always given a table by the window overlooking the marina. All in all this was a superb holiday which the little extra touches, such as the chocolates we received today, will ensure that we remember it for many years to come.

We booked FlyBe flights to Jersey from Gatwick and a hotel in St. Helier. First time with FlyBe and we were very impressed.

The hotel was fine; a little old fashioned but delightfully quiet and very central. We'd actually booked a car with you as well (for £1!) but decided that we could probably get around by bus. So, I called to cancel the car just a few days before. There was absolutely no fuss and you even refunded the pound, which was very sweet.

All in all, a stress-free and extremely reasonably priced introduction to a wonderful place. We're already planning our next trip (possibly to Guernsey this time) and will happily contact Premier first.

One fly in the ointment was Flybe who had no hot drinks on the outgoing flight at 7.30 in the morning.

It was a special short break to celebrate our Pearl wedding anniversary. From the first telephone conversation with the agent we were very impressed with the company. We had not been to Jersey before and wanted somewhere special to stay. The representative recommended 5* Longueville Manor which was absolutely perfect in every way.

La Villette hotel in Guernsey: Excellent and ample food. Friendly and helpful staff, superb indoor pool. Bus stop outside and cheap fares.

Pontac House hotel in Jersey: Excellent and ample food and helpful staff. Outdoor pool cold, but early in season. Opposite sea.

Both hotels in quiet position, but easy access to rest of islands. Plenty of information about attractions. Guided walks were very good on both islands.

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotels and arrangements made for us by Premier Holidays/Channel Islands Direct. All our bookings and reservations were in order and the staff were expecting us on our arrival, both at the Hire car desk and at the hotels.  We appreciated Premier Holidays deal of free small car hire.

In Guernsey, we stayed at Le Friquet Hotel, which was excellent in every way... the reception was welcoming, the rooms were lovely, clean and tastefully decorated, and well equipped. The dining/breakfast room was charming and the food excellent. We especially appreciated the complimentary meal on the first night.

In Jersey we stayed at the Revere Hotel, which was also charming, with comfortably furnished rooms, friendly staff and amazing breakfasts. It was also conveniently located 20 min walk from city centre.

5day (4 night) short break. In a quiet location but near the centre of town. Destination was only a short hop from the UK. Still English but a hint of being 'abroad'.

With local bus fares being only £0.60 for any journey, a 90min round the Island trip by bus was great value for money. Its recent history (world War 2) was most interesting. Our visit to the Island was a little early in the year with a number of attractions not open.

Overall the holiday met expectations.
