Over the past year, we’ve been busy rebooking clients, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support and patience you have shown us during this time.

We understand that holidays are more than just a trip to a different country, they’re about sharing incredible experiences, enjoying unforgettable moments, discovering new tastes, smells and places, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. If we advise you that your  imminent holiday cannot go ahead, we know you’ll be disappointed but we’re ready to pull out all the stops to re-book your  holiday for a later date and make it even better.

After so long apart, a holiday is the perfect way to reconnect with the people you love, dive into the adventure you’ve waited so long to enjoy, and finally get some well-earned relaxation, toes in the sand and drink in hand!

There are some fantastic offers and exclusive incentives available if you rebook your holiday now, and it’s a great opportunity to add extra value to your long-awaited holiday. These include:

  • FREE upgrades to half board

  • In most cases 2020 prices held for 2022 departures

We can also offer an additional credit of up to 5% towards your new holiday and may be able to look at alternative destinations than those originally booked, subject to any restrictions in place from our suppliers.

Wherever possible, to offer additional peace of mind, we will offer the flexibility to change, amend or delay your new holiday booking. Since all our holidays are individually crafted, the offers and options available will vary by booking. If you aren’t in a position to make decisions about a future holiday right now, where supplier terms allow, we will look to extend the expiry date of your Refund Credit Note to give you more time to plan your rebooking. Please speak to us for details.
