Jersey 3 nights | Guernsey 3 nights | Sark 2 nights | Herm 2 nights

Day 1 | UK > JerseyFly to Jersey and make your own way to the 4* Hotel De France, your home for the first three nights. Just a short walk from St Helier, it sits in landscaped gardens with lovely views across the town and St Aubin's Bay, behind a classic French chateau facade. Its Ayush Wellness Spa is a real treat, and La Terrasse serves traditional French cuisine. If you're up for it, stroll into St Helier this evening for dinner or a drink.

Days 2-3 | JerseyThese days are yours to explore. Mont Orgueil Castle, Elizabeth Castle, Corbière Lighthouse, the Jersey War Tunnels and La Mare Wine Estate are all well worth a visit. You could also hire a bike, or hop on a local bus to find charming villages, beautiful beaches and peaceful country lanes. When you've had your fill of sightseeing, the hotel spa is waiting.

Day 4 | Jersey > GuernseyTake the hour-long sea crossing to Guernsey and check in at the 4* St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. It's set in 35 acres of landscaped gardens on the edge of St Peter Port, about a 20 minute stroll from the harbour and high street. The health club and spa has a stunning pool, a marble steam room and views over the lake. There are also tennis courts and a golf centre with Adventure Golf if you'd like to stay active.

Days 5-6 | GuernseyGuernsey has plenty to fill your days, along with a lovely coastline of beaches, bays and coves. Visit the Maritime Museum at Fort Grey, learn about wartime island life at the German Occupation Museum, and see Hauteville House, where Victor Hugo lived during his exile.

Day 7 | Guernsey > SarkA 50 minute sailing from the Inter Island Quay takes you to Sark, where there are no cars at all. Walk to the 4* Stocks, a family-owned hotel set in five acres of woodland in the heart of the island. It's known for friendly, personal service and an easygoing style, with 23 bedrooms, a popular evening restaurant and the 16th century Smuggler's Bar.

Day 8 | SarkHire a bike and head out along the lanes, where you're more likely to meet a tractor or a horse-drawn carriage than anything else. There's no shortage of places to stop for afternoon tea. Sark was the world's first Dark Sky Island, so on a clear night look up for the Milky Way.

Day 9 | Sark > HermTake the ferry back to Guernsey, then hop across to Herm, which takes about 20 minutes. Keep an eye out for dolphins on the way. Herm is car-free too, so it's a short walk to the 4* White House, which stands on the harbour front as the island's only hotel. The rooms are in pastel-coloured cottages and have no TVs and no clocks, so it's easy to switch off completely.

Day 10 | HermSpend the day at your own pace. You could relax on the pure white sands of Shell Beach or Belvoir Bay, both a short walk from the hotel, hire a kayak, or follow the cliff paths before choosing where to dine.
