When do I need to pay my balance?

The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 10 weeks before your departure date. Occasionally, for certain types of bookings, the balance may become due earlier than this. If this is the case, you will be advised of this at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements and retain your deposit.

When will I receive my travel documents?

You will receive your final travel itinerary approximately three weeks before departure, this will contain your travel itinerary, joining instructions for excursions as well as your transportation documents. These will be emailed directly to you. If we do not have a record of your email address these documents with be posted to the address of the lead passenger.

Can I cancel my holiday?

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows (see also the exception below):

Please note that if you were advised on any variations to your balance due date at the time of booking, then cancellation terms will also be varied to reflect this and you will be advised of this when you book.

What happens if I have covid and cannot travel?

Please contact us and we will offer you the following options where possible and subject to availability:

* Postponing your holiday to a later date. We will notify you of any impact on the price the

postponement may have (please note that you may have to pay full cancellation charges on

some elements of your holiday, such as the flight, as well any increase in cost imposed by other

suppliers);

* If not everyone on the booking is affected, you will have the right to transfer your place on the

holiday to another person nominated by you and pay the associated costs;

* Cancelling your holiday, in which case we will impose our standard cancellation charges as

at the date of cancellation by you. You may be able to claim these costs back from your travel

insurance.

Please note that we will have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs, expenses or other

losses of any kind incurred by you (including, where applicable, the cost of medical treatment If you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19.

Please check your final itinerary which will be sent to you at approximately three weeks, this will detail which terminal your flight departs from.

What documents do I need to travel to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey?

Guernsey and Jersey are part of the CTA or Common Travel Area, which is included in the UK. In both destinations there is no requirement to carry a passport as there are no immigration controls in place, however a form of photographic identification is required, such as a driving licence.
