The Duke (previously the Duke of Richmond) is a relaxed neighbourhood hotel set on the top of a hill overlooking a quiet park with views across St Peter Port to the sea beyond. It is only a short walk to the town centre and harbour; however, bear in mind it is an uphill stroll on the way back. The fact we would like to return says it all!

After major operations last year it was a real treat to stay at the Duke. The staff were cheerful and helpful and the food was of a really good standard. We would definitely like to return.

Great place for a holiday

Hotel is well located near Candie Gardens and Cambridge Park. The staff were excellent. Breakfast menu was good. We had dinner in the hotel on 2 evenings. Food of high quality.
