The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 10 weeks before your departure date. Occasionally, for certain types of bookings, the balance may become due earlier than this. If this is the case, you will be advised of this at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements and retain your deposit.

You will receive your final travel itinerary approximately three weeks before departure, this will contain your travel itinerary, joining instructions for excursions as well as your transportation documents. These will be emailed directly to you. If we do not have a record of your email address these documents with be posted to the address of the lead passenger.

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows (see also the exception below):

71 days or more Deposit only
70 – 57 days 50% of holiday cost or deposit if greater
56 – 43 days 75% of holiday cost or deposit if greater
42 – 29 days 85% of holiday cost or deposit if greater
28 – 22 days 90% of holiday cost or deposit if greater
21 days or less 100% of holiday cost
Flight only bookings 100% non-refundable.

Guernsey and Jersey are part of the CTA or Common Travel Area, which is included in the UK. In both destinations there is no requirement to carry a passport as there are no immigration controls in place, however a form of photographic identification is required, such as a driving licence.
