There is a room or suite for every occasion – romantic weekends, short breaks or family holidays.

Restful and inviting, Superior Rooms and their luxurious bathrooms are larger than Standard Rooms and are situated within different areas of the hotel. Each room has its own character and charm as no two are alike. As in all categories of rooms, the same magic is applied to design and layout with all the thoughtful touches in place. The Superior Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind and is recommended for that longer break.

Dining

Dinning at Longueville Manor is all about the very best of local produce including the abundant harvest from the manor’s very own beautiful Victorian kitchen garden. Head Chef Andrew Biard has a style of food that is all about simplicity and flavour to showcase these ingredients at their best.

Steeped in the classical traditions of fine cuisine, the Longueville kitchen and restaurant continue to innovate, combining understated service with exceptional seasonal dishes.

Wine Cellar

The state-of-the-art wine cellar, the first of its kind in the Channel Islands and one of only a handful in the UK, hand-built redwood racking system together with sophisticated temperature and humidity controls, enables the Longueville to store over 5,000 bottles in absolutely perfect condition. Adjacent to the Victorian kitchen garden, the cellar’s bespoke lighting and fully glazed entrance door allows guests to discover its uniqueness at any time.
