Discover one of Guernsey’s best-kept secrets with this outstanding offer at the 4★ Peninsula Hotel, a beautifully positioned retreat right on the island’s celebrated coastal path. Step out of the hotel garden and within moments you’re breathing in sea air above pristine white-sand beaches and turquoise waters — with the entire west and north coast stretching out before you.
The Offer
Enjoy four nights at the 4★ Peninsula Hotel for the price of three, alongside a complimentary room upgrade to sea view, £50 food and drink credit per room, a house bottle of wine on arrival, and a free afternoon tea for two on your second day. Your return flights also include hand and hold baggage.
From St Peter Port, take the 20 minute ferry journey to the small island of Herm where you’ll spend the next two nights at the 4★ White House Hotel in a cottage room. Daily breakfast, a complimentary dinner and complimentary afternoon tea are also included. You’ll return to Guernsey before catching your flight home.
About Guernsey and the Hotel
Set directly on Guernsey’s dramatic coastal path on a picturesque headland overlooking Grand Havre Bay, the 4★ Peninsula Hotel offers a rare combination of easy access to the island’s most spectacular scenery and genuine, relaxed comfort. Your complimentary sea view room upgrade means you’ll wake to views across the water — the perfect start to a day of exploration.
Food and drink is a real highlight. The characterful Bar du Nord serves wines, spirits and its own Little Big Brew Co ales on tap, with live acoustic music every Friday. In the restaurant, Chef Rabie draws on Lebanese influences and the finest local produce — including seafood fresh from Guernsey waters — to reimagine classics. Your £50 food and drink credit gives you a great excuse to linger over lunch or dinner, and it's here you'll also enjoy your complimentary afternoon tea for two on your second day.
Beyond the hotel, Guernsey offers a peaceful island escape with unspoilt coastal scenery, welcoming locals and a slower pace of life that invites you to unwind.
Step straight from the Peninsula’s garden onto the coastal path and head south-west to the beautiful sands of Cobo Bay, or follow the path north past wartime towers, beach kiosks and quiet coves — the beaches up this stretch of coast are simply gorgeous: white sand, turquoise water and wonderfully uncrowded. The Puffin & Oyster, located opposite the hotel, is ideal for a relaxed lunch or a sundowner without venturing into town.
For those who want to cover more ground, we’d highly recommend hiring bikes — some companies also deliver directly to the Peninsula — making it easy to explore the island’s quiet lanes, clifftop tracks and charming harbour capital of St Peter Port. Buses also stop right outside the hotel, giving easy access to every corner of the island for just £1.70 per single journey or £10 for a 1-day “around island” pass.
In addition to the stunning coastline, nearby attractions include Castle Cornet, the Guernsey Museum and Art Gallery at Candie Gardens, and fascinating World War II heritage including the island’s network of wartime bunkers and fortifications. This summer the calendar is packed with events from the iconic North Show and Battle of Flowers (26-27 Aug 26) to legacy events such as the Cobo Balcony gigs, bringing live music and a real carnival atmosphere to the bay. There are also evenings of free music and entertainment at Castle Cornet every Friday in July and Seafront Sunday Markets in St Peter Port full of local crafts and produce. About Herm and the White House Hotel
Just a 20-minute ferry ride from St Peter Port, Herm is one of Britain's best-kept secrets — a tiny, car-free island of just 1.5 miles long where the only sounds are birdsong, breaking waves and the occasional tractor. With a permanent population of fewer than 100 people, no traffic and no rush, it's the kind of place that makes you wonder why you don't slow down more often.
Despite its size, Herm packs in extraordinary variety: dramatic clifftop paths along its north coast give way to the island's showstopper, Shell Beach — a breathtaking stretch of white sand carpeted in millions of tiny shells, lapped by waters that turn a startling shade of turquoise on a clear day. It's one of those beaches that genuinely stops you in your tracks.
Your two-night stay at the 4★ White House Hotel — the island's only hotel, and a wonderfully civilised base — includes a complimentary dinner on your first evening in the Conservatory Restaurant and afternoon tea on the lawn on your second day. With a cottage room, sea views never far away, and the whole island essentially on your doorstep, this is island life at its most unhurried and its most charming.
